Client Spotlight: Bravo Bra Pads

As a thank you, DesignWise Art is promoting their client’s businesses from our Blog because we appreciate them and want to help their business grow. The goal is to promote who THEY are ~ their ideas and personality. So, we sent these questions to our clients and asked them to have some fun with their answers. This is what Doris Petticord, from Bravo Bra Pads, had to say:


How did you come up with your name?

BRAVO!” we finally have help in “perking up.”

What is a fun story from the early days in business?

In the late 80’s, we helped celebrate the opening of 3 new Nordstrom stores. In the San Francisco opening, we were surrounded by customers that were SO excited to be able to add BRAVO Bra Pads to their swimsuits – they were ecstatic! We, of course, loved every minute of this attention and the fact that we made so many customers happy.

What local organization is your company part of and why?

We have tried to work with the local school district having students work and train with us who are either interested in the fashion world or have a disability that we can help with through our staff.

What’s happening in your world? Any news to share?

BRAVO keeps growing internationally. We also continue to come up with new ways to use our bra pads, including expanding into the bridal world.  We are currently on “Dancing With the Stars”, “The Voice”, “The Real O’Neals,” “The Rockettes” and many theatres!  We absolutely LOVE how our reputation has expanded.
